VES's Most
Fantous
Storyteller
The 1989 VESTIGE staff would like to dedicate this yearbook to Jay Hight. He has been a member of the faculty for a total of nineteen years. During this time, Mr. Hight has served as the school historian as well as librarian and English teacher.
He has probably become the person most knowledgable of the school and its activities by establishing personal relation- ships with students who pass through VES. He has always been there for students - whether it be finding that special book, getting the morning papers delivered to students or just being there to talk to. He is remembered by alumni with great fondness and will be for years to come.
Mr. Hight is a great asset to VES, and we would like for him to know that both he and his work are greatly appreciated.
