A "Bishop" Bishop
At last the "Bishops" have pro- duced a real bishop. The Rev. George Purnell Gunn (see cut), has just been elected bishop coadjutor of the Dio- cese of Southern Virginia. He re- ceived his diploma at V. E. S. in 1923. Bishop Gunn's election came as a re- sult of a special meeting of the lay- men and clergy at Suffolk, Va. He was chosen over sixteen other can- didates to fill the post vacated by the late Bishop Tucker.
